The spotlight pays in applause, and stops the moment you step out of it. Hidden faithfulness pays in trust, and keeps paying after you're gone.

Gravitas is rarely lost. It is leaked — through holes too small to see and too many to count.

The world forgets on a schedule. A chaplain learns the schedule — and shows up when it does.

A screenshot arrives without your tone, your context, or your intentions. Send nothing that cannot survive the trip.

Presence carries the first hour. The network carries the next six months. Build both in daylight.

Adrenaline keeps no notes. Decide everything that matters in daylight.

The room has weather enough. Be the ground.

The chief commands the department. You command yourself. Between those two commands, the room holds.
